Our Policies
Welcome to Darius Rudd Photography LLC. By using this website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
01.
Booking & Payment
- All deposits are required before securing a booking. The remaining balance is due in full at the time of your session unless a different payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
- All payments are final and billed with a transaction fee and/or tax. Payments are non-refundable.
- Deposits must be paid prior to the photographer arriving for the session.
- Transfer fees for online payments may occur.
02.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your session fee.
- If the photographer cancels for any reason, you will be offered a reschedule or credit toward a future session.
03.
Refunds & Retakes
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- We do not offer free retakes. A new session must be booked at the current rate if you wish to retake photos.
- Dissatisfaction based on factors outside the photographer’s control (e.g., wardrobe, grooming, facial expressions, late arrival) is not grounds for a reshoot or refund.
04.
Editing & Image Delivery
- Image editing includes standard color correction and basic retouching. Additional retouching (e.g., skin smoothing, body edits, object removal) may incur extra charges.
- RAW/unedited images will not be released under any circumstance.
- Final images are delivered digitally within 1–14+ business days unless otherwise specified.
05.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for arriving on time and fully prepared for their session.
- Tardiness may result in reduced shooting time or cancellation without refund.
06.
Usage & Copyright
- Darius Rudd Photography LLC retains full copyright ownership of all images.
- Clients receive a limited, non-commercial license for personal use (e.g., printing, social media with credit).
- Commercial use, resale, or alteration of images is prohibited without written permission.
07.
Liability Disclaimer
- Darius Rudd Photography LLC is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during a session.
- In the rare event of equipment failure, image loss, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a reshoot or refund of the session fee, at our discretion.
08.
Creative Direction
- By booking a session, you agree to the photographer’s artistic style, creative decisions, and editing approach.
- No unapproved edits or filters may be applied to final images.
9.
Model Release
- By participating in a session, you grant permission for your images to be used in Darius Rudd Photography LLC's portfolio, marketing materials, and social media, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to your session.
